Troy Crisswell - Watercolor Painting
Saturday June 23, 10am - 4pm - Cost $100
Students will work with the instructor on one of his watercolor paintings. Troy will demonstrate techniques for composition, design and color, as well as, the fundamentals for working with watercolor. Individualinstruction will be offered as students paint in a relaxed environment. Students of all skill levels are welcome. Jessie Cunningham (Mr. C) - Clay Camp
July 9,10,12,13 , 10am - 12pm - Cost $115
2nd Graders and up - Monday & Tuesday students will be working with clay both hand building and some wheel throwing. On Thursday & Friday they will continue working with the clay and glaze some of their pieces from earlier in the week. All materials for this class are included. This workshop will be held at the Montevallo Arts Council’s studios adjacent to the city Recycling Center on Overland Road.
Barry Graham - Hand Crafted Recycled Garden Art Luminary
Saturday July 14, 10am - 4pm - Cost $100
Create and assemble your own luminary with recycled woods, vintage and antique hardware. Learn the basic construction techniques, choose your specific hardware and colors and take home your own creation ! Prepare to do light sanding, using a screw driver, glueing and painting. Barry Graham - Painting skies w/ Watercolor

Students will learn to paint realistic skies and clouds for landscapes, utilizing various colors and techniques. Barry will do several demos and work with the students one on one.
